Spring vinaigrette with garlic flowers
Ingredients
- 3 tbsp Garlic Flower Mustard
- 1 tsp balsamic vinegar
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- salt and pepper to taste
Preparation :
- Using a whisk, mix the mustard and vinegar in a salad bowl.
- Add the lemon and syrup then whisk together
- Finally, gradually add the oil while whisking for a perfect texture!
- Salt and pepper to taste
Variations: toasted nuts, dried figs, ground cherries or seasoned goat cheese
