Spring vinaigrette with garlic flower
Ingredients
- 3 tablespoons of garlic flower mustard
- 1 tsp balsamic vinegar
- 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon of maple syrup
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Preparation :
- Using a whisk, mix the mustard and vinegar in a salad bowl.
- Add the lemon and syrup, then whisk together.
- Finally, gradually add the oil while whisking for a perfect texture!
- Salt and pepper to taste
Variations: roasted walnuts, dried figs, ground cherries or seasoned goat cheese
