Spring vinaigrette with garlic flowers

Ingredients

  • 3 tbsp Garlic Flower Mustard
  • 1 tsp balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • salt and pepper to taste

    Preparation :

    1. Using a whisk, mix the mustard and vinegar in a salad bowl.
    2. Add the lemon and syrup then whisk together
    3. Finally, gradually add the oil while whisking for a perfect texture!
    4. Salt and pepper to taste

    Variations: toasted nuts, dried figs, ground cherries or seasoned goat cheese
